How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India within 5-7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pincodes in India. COD is available for orders up to ₹20,000. A nominal COD fee of ₹50 may apply.

Are your sarees authentic and handcrafted?

We source our sarees directly from weavers and verified suppliers across India. Each product description indicates the fabric type, weaving technique, and origin. We ensure authenticity and quality in every piece.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking details. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and phone number.
