At Saree Lane, we process refunds promptly and transparently. This policy outlines when you're eligible for a refund and how long the process takes.

Refund Guarantee: All eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

COD Order Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please ensure you provide accurate bank details:

We will request these details via email after your return is approved. Refund will be credited within 7-10 business days of receiving your bank details.

Failed Delivery Refunds

If delivery fails after 3 attempts or due to incorrect address:

Tracking Your Refund

You can track your refund status by:

Once refund is initiated, you'll receive an email with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or transaction reference for tracking with your bank.

Disputes and Escalation

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeline:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
  2. Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate
  3. If the issue persists, escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@sareelane.store
