6 Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹1,499: Free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹1,499: ₹99 shipping charge
• COD orders: Additional ₹50 fee

6.2 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after order dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
• Other locations: 7-10 business days
• Remote areas: 10-14 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, festivals, or logistics issues.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon delivery. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7 Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized sarees
• Sarees purchased during sale events (unless defective)
• Items without original packaging and tags
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or washing

7.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
