7-Day Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Custom-made or personalized sarees
  • Intimate accessories (blouses, petticoats)

Return/Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Initiate Request

Email us at info@sareelane.store or call +91 8125834137 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with approval status and instructions.

Package the Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice.

Schedule Pickup or Ship

We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address, or you can ship it to us at the provided address.

Quality Check & Processing

Once received, we'll inspect the item. Refund/Exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or style:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  1. Take photos/videos of the damage immediately upon opening the package
  2. Do not use or wash the product
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details
  4. We'll arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement

Important: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Late claims may not be eligible for resolution.
